Closure of A82 North of Corran Ferry

To ensure the safety of road users, the A82 south of Fort William will close for the weekend from 10pm on Friday 9th December - 6am on Monday 12th December.  This will have a big impact on anyone planning on travelling up the North West that weekend.

The closure is required to carry out the controlled removal of a 200-250 tonne unsafe rock from the hillside above the road.

Information signage will be located at all main routes into the area over the weeks leading up to the closure to make sure that as many people as possible are aware of the closure.
